How to Join the Program

Register your Company / Legal Entity / Business Entity to the official website, make sure the data entered is correct, and please wait for confirmation from Bio Farma / KADIN. For vaccination scheduling, it will be adjusted to the availability of vaccines

Appoint one PIC from your Company / Legal Entity / Business Entity to be contacted by the Gotong Royong Vaccination team via email / registered phone number. The Program Vaksinasi Gotong Royong Team will confirm, after the Company / Legal Entity / Business Entity has received confirmation of vaccine allocation in accordance with the availability of vaccine stock.

Please provide places for the implementation of Mutual Cooperation Vaccination, by appointing Health Service Facilities owned by the Company / Legal Entity / Business Entity or appointing other private health facilities. For Companies / Legal Entities / Business Entities that have not appointed Health Service Facilities, Biofarma can recommend Health Service Facilities owned by Pharmaceutical BUMN Holding.

During the vaccination, participants can come to the vaccination location (Health Care Facility) according to the agreed schedule. Vaccination locations for each Company / Legal Entity / Business Entity can be different, between at the Health Service Facility appointed by the Company / Legal Entity / Business Entity, or it can be done at the Health Facility owned by the pharmaceutical state-owned enterprises.

Vaccination is administered twice or depending on the type of vaccine that will be use. The number of administered vaccinations, will be notified when the Company / Legal Entity / Business Entity / Legal Entity / is successfully registered and confirmed to participate in the Vaksinasi Gotong Royong program

Handling of Post-Immunization Adverse Events (AEFI) will be the same as handling AEFIs in Government Vaccination Programs
